Newsletter2Go is used as the newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling your data and using it for purposes other than sending our newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider, which was selected according to the requirements of the German Data Protection Regulation and the German Federal Data Protection Act.

8. APPLICATIONS

Furthermore, you can also apply for a job with us via our website. This data will be processed and evaluated by us for this purpose. After the end of the application process, your data will be deleted or, if you are hired, transferred to your personnel file.

10. USE OF BUTTONS WITH LINKS TO SOCIAL NETWORKS

On our website, we use buttons with links to our appearances on Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Xing. These buttons do not transmit any data to the aforementioned social networks. Only when you click on the buttons will you leave our website and be redirected to our websites on the social networks you have clicked on. You are then no longer on our website, but on the websites of the clicked social networks. We have refrained from using Facebook “Like” buttons on our website, as these would already collect data about you if you have not yet clicked on these buttons. If you would like to express your liking for us using this technique, we would be happy to do so. To do so, simply click on our button with the link to Facebook. You will then find a “Like me” button on our Facebook fan page.

We refrain from integrating social media scripts for data protection reasons, as the social services use tracking methods in the background. Of course, we are happy if you like our posts on our blog and want to share them on social media. For this purpose, we have included share buttons for Twitter, Facebook and Google+ after the posts. When you click on the buttons, you will receive a notice that the social media will load analysis scripts in the background to record user behaviour. Only if you agree to this will the corresponding scripts be uploaded and the amount shared.

15. ANALYSIS SERVICE

Due to the current discussion on the subject of data protection, we have decided to evaluate our website with the data protection-certified analysis service Matomo.

For this evaluation, Matomo uses so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which enable us to analyse the use of the website. For this purpose, the usage information generated by the cookie (including your abbreviated IP address) is transmitted to our server and stored. Your IP address is immediately anonymised during this process so that your user data remains protected at all times.
